Our client is a growing consumer services company specializing in premium access to events, including sports, concerts, and live entertainment. They are seeking a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update credit card account balances daily. 
• Reload funding as needed to maintain sufficient balances. 
• Monitor transactions and reconcile with schedules payments. 
• Record and track invoices in QuickBooks. 
• Process payments following proper approvals. 
• Reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• 1+ years of accounting experience 
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
