This position is responsible for full-cycle accounting operations with a focus on general ledger management, account reconciliation, financial analysis, and supporting audits. You'll work closely with other departments and play an important role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries and financial reviews.
• Maintain the general ledger and analyze department expenses.
• Prepare account reconciliations and inter-company billings.
• Support annual budget preparation and external audit processes.
• Ensure timely filing of unclaimed property and other tax-related reports.
• Collaborate with external vendors on tax considerations for new projects.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues with proactive communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time, exempt position.
• Flexible hours are allowed within a core schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed.
• No travel required.
• Typical office environment with moderate physical activity (e.g., sitting, standing, lifting up to 20 lbs).
