Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls related to payments, policy changes, endorsements, inquiries, and cancellations. In this role, you’ll support insureds, agents, and internal teams while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls regarding payments, endorsements, cancellations, and policy inquiries
• Provide high-quality customer service to insureds, agents, and internal partners
• Process policy-level transactions within level of authority
• Document all customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Participate in team tasks or projects as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Active 440 or 220 Insurance License — Required
• Previous customer service or policy servicing experience (insurance preferred)
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Ability to learn systems quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday (Fully Onsite)
• $20/hr
• 6+ month contract — likely to extend
