Senior Accounts Payable Analyst (SAP + Concur)
📍 Onsite 💼 Full-Time | Shared Services / Corporate Finance Team
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst with strong SAP and Concur experience to support vendor and customer master data maintenance as well as travel & expense report processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, policy compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations across the AP and expense management functions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
(Essential Functions)
- Maintain and update vendor and customer master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Review, validate, and process employee travel and expense submissions in Concur; follow up on discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and HR on onboarding and maintaining vendor and customer records.
- Monitor, audit, and track expense submissions to ensure policy compliance, prevent duplicate reporting, and identify potential misuse/fraud.
- Provide support during internal/external audits, including documentation retrieval and process explanation.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and workflow enhancements.
- Train employees on Concur processes, expense policy requirements, and best practices.
- Generate and analyze reporting/metrics related to master data quality, expense processing turnaround times, and compliance performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOX/internal controls, audit standards, and data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field
- 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable or Finance operations experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Concur
- Knowledge of master data governance and travel/expense policies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Shared Services or multi-entity/global finance environment
- Experience with automation or workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms)
- Familiarity with OCR tools (OnBase) and automation solutions (Esker)
- Understanding of internal controls, audit compliance, and data privacy requirements
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Working Environment
- Office environment / cubicle setting
- Occasional travel to other sites as needed
