About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Product Acceptance Specialists to verify product conformance to design requirements, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role involves auditing, monitoring, handling non-conforming items, and conducting reviews with customers during product or process verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify routine product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results

• Perform auditing, surveillance, monitoring, and document discrepancies

• Inspect incoming parts/materials and outgoing orders; ensure certifications and traceability requirements are met

• Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools

• Review and disposition non-conforming items, certifications, and special orders in compliance with AS9100 and company standards

• Conduct visual inspections for defects and review all certification documentation for accuracy

• Mentor inspection team members and provide guidance on inspection processes

• Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers (or as required)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with inspection tools (calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, Smart scope)

• Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection
