Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and handling customer/vendor inquiries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, audits, and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in GAAP principles
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in Great Plains and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze financial data and streamline processes
