Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Promoter will play a key role in expanding market presence and increasing sales by promoting the company’s HVAC products and services. This role combines marketing strategy with hands-on sales outreach — ideal for a dynamic professional who enjoys building client relationships and creating brand awareness in the South Florida market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote the company’s HVAC products and services through digital, social media, and in-person channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and residential clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and sales conversions.
- Ensure all promotional activities align with the company’s brand standards and customer service values.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
