Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our client's team onsite in Brickell, Miami. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring deliveries are handled efficiently, visitors are properly directed, and custodial issues are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and distribute deliveries; unpack and organize incoming materials

     

  • Manage mail room operations and ensure timely handling of packages

     

  • Address and coordinate custodial issues to maintain a clean and safe workplace

     

  • Buzz visitors up to the correct floor via elevator access and assist with building entry

     

  • Provide backup support to the receptionist, including greeting guests and answering calls

     

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and visitor logs

     

  • Collaborate with building management and internal staff to resolve operational needs

     

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the office

     

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

     

  • 1-2 years of experience in front desk, mail room, or administrative support roles

     

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English

     

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

     

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with team members

     

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
