Ascendo is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support our client with daily shipment coordination and customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments

• Track shipments and provide updates to clients

• Prepare basic shipping and customs documents

• Communicate with carriers, couriers, and internal teams

• Resolve shipment delays or issues

• Enter shipment information into tracking systems

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work under time pressure

• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, data entry)
