Our Client is seeking 8 Manufacturing Utility Associate to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This role ensures production lines run smoothly and that products are properly staged, palletized, labeled, and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with materials and supplies
• Empty production lines into pallets (WIP and finished goods)
• Track shift inventory and product counts
• Build pallets and prepare items for shipment
• Stage, load, and unload trucks
• Perform visual and tool-based quality checks
• Complete paperwork and downtime logs
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace (6S standards)
• Assist plant staff as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required
• Plastics experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule
• Comfortable in a high-volume production environment
• Able to lift, stand, and move throughout shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred
