Top Requirements (Must-Haves)

✔ Stealth Inventory System (AS400) experience — REQUIRED
✔ Strong inventory management / inventory control background
✔ Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data uploads)
✔ Understanding of inventory workflows, warehouse operations & 3-way matching
✔ Ability to produce accurate reports & support month-end close
✔ General understanding of retail POS & supply chain processes

Overview

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Temporary Inventory Control Specialist to support the Inventory Controller during paternity leave. This role oversees inventory accuracy for North America retail stores, ModaExpress warehouse operations, consignment locations, and showrooms. Stealth Inventory (AS400) experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory reporting, month-end close tasks, and quarterly consolidation with HQ
• Oversee year-end physical counts and warehouse cycle counts; upload results into STEALTH/START
• Complete 3-way invoice matching for purchase, intercompany, and third-party vendors
• Run inventory movement reports; resolve “No Invoice Ref” items & shipment discrepancies
• Upload manual inventory movements and adjustments into STEALTH (Nordstrom Hybrid, BH Pop-Up, etc.)
• Reconcile consignment inventory to STEALTH warehouse balances
• Assist with quarterly inventory devaluation analysis
• Support interim and year-end audits
• Ensure accurate tracking of merchandise flow through ModaExpress warehouse

Required Skills & Experience

• Stealth Inventory System (AS400) – REQUIRED
• Inventory management / inventory control expertise
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data uploads)
• Strong understanding of inventory operations, warehouse flow, and 3-way matching
• Ability to generate accurate reports under deadlines
• Knowledge of retail POS and supply chain functions
