As an Outbound Inspector, you'll ensure that all outgoing aviation parts and related documentation meet stringent quality inspection standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with internal quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of outgoing parts and ensure all documentation aligns with sales or repair orders.

• Identify and report any discrepancies, non-conformance, or missing information.

• Review product attributes, quantities, and records to authorize material release.

• Accurately enter and verify data within internal systems.

• Issue material certifications as required.

• Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols during inspections.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on improvement initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• 1+ years of experience processing aviation surplus parts (required)

• Additional job-related experience is a plus

• Familiarity with ISO and/or AS Quality Standards is advantageous

• Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems independently, and meet tight deadlines

• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on high-quality customer service

• Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
