If you have experience in personal injury law and thrive in a high-volume, client-focused environment, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new cases in the case management system, ensuring correct data entry for all parties and deadlines

  • Perform initial insurance coverage checks (liability, UM/UIM, MedPay)

  • Request key records like police reports and EMS summaries

  • Communicate with clients to confirm information, explain next steps, and schedule follow-ups

  • Route files efficiently to the appropriate legal teams using set workflows
