A full-time litigation paralegal position is open for a highly motivated individual who brings 3+ years of experience and thrives with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable in civil procedure, and confident in managing litigation tasks from start to finish. You'll play a key role in driving cases forward, supporting attorneys, and keeping clients informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft Complaints, Summons, Discovery requests/responses, and Medical Chronologies

  • Prepare witness lists, exhibit lists, and expert disclosures

  • Respond to discovery and manage deadlines

  • E-file and e-serve documents in state courts

  • Schedule mediations, depositions, CMEs, and other key litigation events

  • Take initiative in determining next steps in litigation workflows

  • Communicate case status clearly and professionally to clients

  • Maintain organization and accuracy across all case files and tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience — required

  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes

  • Ability to work independently without constant direction

  • Skilled in drafting legal documents and handling case calendars

  • Proficient with e-filing, e-service, and legal scheduling

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: From $70,000/year
