Our client, a rapidly expanding healthcare organization in Maitland, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to oversee and optimize the systems and processes that drive their billing, reimbursement, and operational workflow.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is confident managing complex data and processes, and can operate independently after initial training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RCM platforms that support billing, reimbursement, and financial operations across a broad client base
• Analyze and refine revenue cycle workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Serve as the liaison with system vendors to address technical needs, updates, or system issues
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and adherence to privacy and security regulations
• Assist with system onboarding, configuration, and ongoing enhancements or updates
• Work closely with internal teams to understand needs and align system capabilities with operational goals
• Troubleshoot escalated issues related to processes, system functionality, or data flow

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, system administration, or a similar functional area
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, database structures, and system operations
• Proven experience working with external vendors, technology partners, or RCM platforms
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes within the revenue cycle
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently after training
