Final Assembly Technician – Jacksonville, FL

A well-established manufacturing company in the Jacksonville area is seeking Final Assembly Technicians to join its growing team. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who take pride in producing high-quality products. This is a first-shift position with opportunities for long-term growth and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of windows, doors, or related building products using various hand tools and equipment

• Apply hardware, locks, decals, and other components with accuracy and attention to detail

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to company standards

• Package assembled products safely and efficiently for shipment

• Complete complex assembly tasks with workmanship, efficiency, and a strong work ethic

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Support a positive team environment that promotes strong performance and continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment

• Strong mechanical and hand-tool skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods as part of daily tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour, based on experience
