Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Location: New York (Hybrid 3 day onsite/2 days remote)

Direct Hire

Salary: $170k - $200k + Bonus + Benefits

Required Qualifications

• Background in financial services or capital markets - MUST.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information security
• 3 years in a leadership security role.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise supporting SOC 1 / SOC 2 attestation projects.
• Experience with Information security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, NYDFS).
• Experience with Identity & access management, network security, endpoint security, and cloud security (preferably AWS).
• Proven experience building and maintaining incident response, BC/DR, and vulnerability/patch management programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP or similar is a PLUS.
