Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations during a system implementation. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can efficiently manage data entry tasks and provide general office support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner

  • Assist with basic office and clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management

  • Support team members during a system transition by maintaining organized records

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office, administrative, or data entry role preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional communication and customer service skills
