Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Office / Data Entry Clerk to support a team undergoing a new system implementation. This temporary role will assist with basic office and administrative tasks, with a primary focus on data entry and phone support. The duration of the assignment is currently to be determined, as the system implementation is taking longer than anticipated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties
  • Support team members during system transition
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry or office administration preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
