Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office / Data Entry Clerk to support a busy team during a system implementation phase. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling routine office and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The assignment is a contract and the duration will depend on the progress of the system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

  • Assist team members with clerical tasks during system transition

  • Maintain organization of records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional communication skills

  • Previous office, clerical, or data entry experience preferred
