Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains strong internal controls. This role leads the accounting team, supports month-end close, and partners with internal stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing functions

• Oversee reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and deposits

• Enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Prepare and review periodic financial and management reports

• Support month-end close and serve as backup for critical accounting functions

• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• 5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills

• Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
