Immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Hialeah area. Candiatea would be responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires experience handling high-volume invoice processing, working within NetSuite, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

• Review, code, and enter invoices into NetSuite

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner

• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)

• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities

• Maintain organized AP records and support audit requests

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience required

• Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Must have Manufacturing experience and high-volume processing
