We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a shared services AP team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely invoice and payment processing.
This is a fully onsite role in Melbourne, FL.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of AP professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance oversight

Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies

Partner with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization efforts
Qualifications & Requirements:

7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity

Strong knowledge of AP operations, accounting fundamentals, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and lead change in a dynamic setting

Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Preferred Experience:

Background in shared services or global finance environments

Experience with invoice automation and OCR tools (e.g., OnBase, Esker)

Familiarity with workflow design, exception handling, and internal controls/SOX compliance
