Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to support their office for a 2–3 month temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and provide strong administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments between clients, adjusters, and inspectors.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance contacts.

• Maintain accurate records and support general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling, insurance, or administrative support.

• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliable onsite attendance.
