Customer Support Specialist
Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
This role supports the sales and customer support team by handling order entry, basic clerical work, and customer inquiries related to spare parts and kits. The position is onsite and best suited for someone detail-oriented who can work in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders, quotes, and related data accurately into the system
• Review customer purchase orders to ensure requirements are met
• Support sales teams by tracking active orders and following up on open actions
• Proofread documentation for accuracy, including part numbers and order details
• Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts, kits, and deliveries
• Assist with resolving delivery or order issues
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, handling calls, and distributing mail/faxes
• Maintain accurate records and follow office procedures

Required Qualifications:
• 1+ years of clerical, customer service, or office support experience
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to handle a high volume of orders
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
