Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator (2-Month Contract, Potential Extension)
Location: Midtown East, NYC (Hybrid)
Schedule: Mon–Thurs Onsite + Fridays Remote (35 hrs/week)
Industry: Residential Real Estate / Property Management
Start: ASAP (target early February)
Pay Rate: $40/hr 


About the Role

Our client, a residential real estate organization with a multi-property portfolio, is seeking temporary IT support to assist with operational and project-based work. This role centers on Microsoft 365 administration and device inventory management and will work directly with the IT Director.

This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys hands-on systems administration, structured troubleshooting, inventory management, and organized documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Intune, user accounts, licenses, permissions, and groups)

  • Manage and update SharePoint sites (UI, structure, permissions)

  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory (laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals)

  • Coordinate with internal departments to track devices and ensure system adoption

  • Troubleshoot user issues across devices, accounts, and SaaS tools

  • Communicate with managers, property staff, and vendors regarding IT needs

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and IT documentation


Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience (Intune & SharePoint required)

  • Comfortable with cloud-based systems administration

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Clear, professional communicator who can work cross-functionally

  • Inventory management experience

  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
