Position: Temporary Teller / Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday to Friday (NO weekends) Availability: Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient service to customers at the teller line and service desk

Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic account issues with professionalism and accuracy

Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing procedures

Promote banking products and services based on customer needs

Support branch staff with administrative tasks as needed

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a retail banking environment (teller, customer service, or similar role)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service

Fluent in English & Spanish and comfortable serving a bilingual customer base

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy

Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in banking systems or related platforms

Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
