Warehouse Operations Associate (325309SR)

Job Purpose

The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily depot operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical and clinical trial supplies in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures
  • Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of study requests
  • Create inventory pick-lists within the Warehouse Inventory Management System
  • Physically pick drug supplies, including lab kits, from warehouse locations
  • Inspect drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates
  • Prepare shipment export documentation
  • Process shipment acknowledgements of receipt
  • Provide post-shipment notifications
  • Perform stock control activities, including periodic cycle counts
  • Process returned drug supplies, including reconciliation for destruction

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: Onsite depot facility
  • Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekend coverage may be required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or equivalent
  • Understanding of the Clinical Trial Distribution (CTD) industry
  • Flexibility with working hours as operational needs require
