📊 What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our financial records accurate and up to date. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Computing and recording financial transactions and other accounting data

• Posting debits and credits to appropriate accounts

• Compiling reports related to cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, expenditures, and profit & loss

• Reviewing balances and calculations to ensure accuracy and investigating discrepancies

• Calculating amounts due, including interest, taxes, and ratios

• Preparing vouchers, invoices, and account statements

• Assisting with queries and generating routine reports

• Maintaining organized records, files, and documentation

• Performing varied accounting tasks under supervision

• Meeting listed physical requirements

• Supporting the team with other duties as assigned

🎓 What You Bring

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

• 2+ years of related accounting or financial experience

Skills & Abilities

• Strong initiative and attention to detail

• Analytical mindset with an interest in accounting systems

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
