Bilingual Call Center Representative (Branch Support)

What you’ll do

• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to everyday banking support needs.

• Deliver consistent, accurate service by following established scripts and call flows.

• Verify customer details and document notes clearly in internal systems.

• De-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism, and escalate complex issues to the right team when needed.

• Communicate clearly in both languages, adjusting tone and approach based on the customer.

What we’re looking for

• Call center experience required (industry can be anything—banking experience not required).

• Bilingual with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Confident, polished phone presence and strong active listening.

• Comfortable with outbound calling, staying on script, and handling sensitive customer conversations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task between systems while on a call.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment.
