Financial Analyst – Healthcare

Location: Miami, FL | Hybrid / Onsite

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Miami seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into operational and financial drivers

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives

  • Analyze revenue, cost trends, margins, and productivity metrics

  • Partner with clinical, operational, and executive teams to deliver actionable financial insights

  • Support strategic projects, business cases, and ROI analysis

  • Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and executive presentations

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, healthcare regulations, and internal controls


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 2–5+ years of financial analysis experience (healthcare preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial models)

  • Experience with ERP and healthcare financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment


Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare systems, hospitals, medical groups, health plans, or managed care

  • Exposure to revenue cycle, cost accounting, and reimbursement models

  • SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
