Travel Sourcing Specialist
Location: Miami, FL 33178 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Sourcing Specialist to support a high-volume sourcing and contract administration function within a large, complex organization. This role will focus heavily on managing contract documentation, resolving backlog items, and supporting sourcing initiatives related to global ground transportation and travel services.
This is a fully onsite, desk-based role with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sourcing documentation including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, and extensions
• Track and maintain contract lifecycle data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support backlog cleanup initiatives by reviewing, organizing, and executing contract actions
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain reporting and tracking tools using Excel to monitor contract status and progress
• Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with internal standards
• Support sourcing activities related to transportation, mobility, or travel services as needed
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract administration
• Experience working with contract lifecycle processes (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals)
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within transportation, logistics, mobility, or travel-related industries preferred
• Experience working in large or multi-brand organizations is a plus
