Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter for a temporary assignment to support full-cycle recruitment for clinical and corporate roles. This position will assist the team with ongoing hiring needs and ensure continuity in recruitment operations during this temporary period. The role requires strong healthcare recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates and utilizing both traditional and non-traditional recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to quickly step in, manage requisitions efficiently, and support timely hiring while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, licensure, certifications, and overall fit
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
  • Extend offers and communicate compensation, benefits, and employment details

Passive Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools
  • Utilize non-traditional recruiting methods including networking events, industry groups, community outreach, and direct sourcing
  • Remain active on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract healthcare talent
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals and corporate staff

Recruitment Strategy & Outreach

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare candidates
  • Create and maintain compelling job postings and recruitment advertisements
  • Utilize both traditional and creative sourcing methods to ensure strong candidate flow
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines

Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support onboarding coordination and recruiting process improvements
  • Maintain recruiting documentation and assist with workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience utilizing non-traditional recruiting methods and creative sourcing strategies
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, credentialing, and healthcare hiring requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare, Human Resources, or related field preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting nurses, pharmacy technicians, or clinical healthcare staff
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Strong networking and talent pipeline development skills
