Essential Functions: Responsible for creating and providing invoices to Clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Utilize Excel skills in an effort to properly manipulate and/or create spreadsheets to be uploaded into the Oracle system for the creation of invoices.

Research cash payments that are assigned in a timely manner to clear outstanding payments for invoices created, requesting client refunds as necessary.

Provide research support to branch employees, Corporate Analysts, and Revenue management regarding billings and payments.

Maintain template tables for billing to ensure all Clients and vendors are accurate Manage event creation, invoicing, and closure. Working with the field to ensure completeness of revenue and expense before the event is closed; providing monthly reporting. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of prior work experience or some college Must have high school diploma with an associate degree and/or formal supervisor training preferred. Must have basic excel, critical thinking, be highly trainable and engaged
