The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of proven experience in a fast paced call center environment, a foundational understanding of banking compliance, and complete bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to properly support the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for incoming inquiries regarding account features and financial services.

• Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously while actively conversing with account holders.

• Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or time sensitive customer concerns efficiently.

• Guide users through digital platform access, including registration and secure password recovery.

• Execute outbound communications and follow up procedures while strictly adhering to privacy protocols.

• Manage written correspondence through general email channels to assist with account troubleshooting.

• Assist with processing account adjustments and securely negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• 1+ year of experience working in a bank or dedicated contact center role in the financial services industry.

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with standard state and federal compliance regulations related to financial institutions.

• Strong technological proficiency with standard office productivity suites and the capacity to learn new systems quickly.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

• A strong commitment to upholding organizational policies and safeguarding sensitive client information.
