We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients, managing incoming and outgoing communication, and assisting with general front-desk coverage when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve questions, and ensure a positive service experience

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls while making outbound calls as needed

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams

• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in company systems

• Provide occasional front desk coverage and assist with receptionist duties for short periods when needed

• Support general administrative and operational tasks related to customer service

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
