Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business development and expand our client base within the facility services industry. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new service contracts with commercial clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus package ranging from $20,000–$70,000 annually based on sales performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with commercial clients through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings.

Conduct on-site facility assessments to understand client needs and recommend tailored service solutions.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and regular follow-up strategies.

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and future growth opportunities.

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Participate in networking events, industry meetings, and community engagement activities to generate new leads.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent sales experience).

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within facility services, commercial services, or related industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects and opportunities.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
