💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Typical first-year earnings: $80,000 – $90,000

  • Top performers exceed six figures


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on building relationships and expanding business opportunities within your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
• Generating leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and referrals
• Meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales
• Building long-term client relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Collaborating with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive revenue growth
• Sharing customer feedback with internal teams to improve services and solutions


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated professionals who are confident communicators and eager to grow in sales.

Required Qualifications

1–2 years+ of outside sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation
Associate’s degree required | Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Adobe
• CRM or automated accounting software
