A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Manager to join its team in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing cases from intake through resolution, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The Case Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring cases move forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the case process
• Coordinate medical treatment and collect medical records and bills
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case
• Maintain organized case files and update case management systems with notes, documents, and deadlines
• Assist attorneys with preparing demand packages and case documentation
• Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time
• Support general case administration and documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in personal injury preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
