Our client is seeking a professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support a high-volume nonprofit organization in Tampa, FL 33607.

This is a fully onsite, contract opportunity with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, perform outbound calls, manage messages, and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and update patient records
• Update the customer's information in the database for accurate records and documentation 

Requirements:

• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish 
• 2+ years of CS experience in a medical or healthcare facility
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in high volume 
• Experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment
