A growing financial services firm is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing initiatives, manage brand messaging, and support business development efforts. This role works closely with leadership and will oversee campaigns, website initiatives, vendor relationships, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage brand messaging across marketing channels
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop marketing materials including email campaigns, digital content, and sales collateral
• Coordinate website updates and work with designers, developers, and digital vendors
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies
• Oversee branded materials, client gifts, and marketing touchpoints
• Support internal communications and company initiatives
• Track marketing projects and provide updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or a related industry preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with vendors or agencies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
