Job Summary

The Supply Chain Support Coordinatorprovides administrative and operational support for daily supply chain activities, including logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer service support. This role assists with order processing, shipment tracking, report preparation, and data management to help ensure accurate operations and timely service for both internal teams and external customers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day logistics operations under the guidance of the Logistics Manager.

  • Assist with processing customer orders and monitoring shipment status.

  • Maintain and update product and item databases to ensure accurate information.

  • Prepare and distribute electronic data exchanges and operational reports.

  • Respond to customer and employee inquiries via email and internal communication channels.

  • Support inventory management activities and assist with generating purchase orders.

  • Provide backup assistance to the customer service team when required.

  • Offer internal support for logistics-related tasks across departments.

  • Participate in special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least one year of experience in an office environment or warehouse shipping operations required.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, or Koerber One WMS is preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working under supervision and following established processes.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Capable of researching and resolving basic shipping and logistics issues.

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Clear and professional written communication, particularly through email using company templates.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems or CRM platforms.
