Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join one of law firm clients. This onsite position requires a detail oriented professional with strong organizational skills and extensive experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
• Draft, review, and revise real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, closing binders, estoppels, and amendments.
• Conduct and review title and survey work; identify issues and coordinate resolutions with attorneys, title companies, and surveyors.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence, including collecting documents, preparing summaries, and organizing files.
• Prepare closing documents, coordinate closing logistics, and assist with post?closing tasks and document organization.
• Maintain and update transaction checklists to track progress and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, vendors, and internal team members.
• Perform legal research as required and assist with other paralegal duties to support the commercial real estate practice.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting, specifically focusing on commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of title, survey, and due diligence processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in the Orlando office.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
