Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized banking solutions and exceptional service

• Open and service consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, etc.)

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

• Generate referrals for mortgage, commercial, and consumer lending teams

• Actively build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Meet or exceed individual sales and service goals

• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures

• Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism

• Support branch operations, including cash handling and transactional activities as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or a sales-focused role

• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
