Job Title: Order Entry Clerk
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into internal systems, ensuring all information is complete and correct, and supporting the overall order processing workflow. The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, and capable of handling high volumes of data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems or databases

Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and correct product information

Communicate with customers or internal departments to clarify order details when needed

Maintain and update customer records and order files

Monitor order status and assist with tracking and follow-ups

Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in a timely manner

Generate reports related to order processing as required

Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills
