Warehouse Supervisor – Job Description

Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations and develops team members to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role oversees receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff to ensure performance, engagement, and accountability

• Supervise daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping

• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely, accurate order processing

• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

• Track inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and audits

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support workflow

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on feet for extended periods

Technical Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• ERP system experience preferred
