Customer Support Specialist
Wichita, KS (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a leading aerospace organization in Wichita, KS. This role plays a key part in supporting spare parts operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts and order requirements

• Track, monitor, and manage customer orders, delivery timelines, and returns

• Support order resolution by identifying issues and coordinating solutions across internal teams

• Process and maintain accurate customer and supplier data in internal systems

• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution

• Assist with supply chain coordination related to spare parts provisioning and logistics

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations

• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting

• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
