Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a full-time, on-site role. Salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 a year.

 

Our client is a well-established transportation and logistics company.

 

This role is expected to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing recruiting operations, partnering with hiring leaders, and helping build strong teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The role will oversee day-to-day recruiting activity, mentor hiring support staff, and help drive creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding

  • Supervise and support hiring coordinators across multiple locations

  • Build sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, schools, and community partnerships

  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate in-person interviews

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve hiring outcomes

  • Maintain applicant tracking, recruiting reports, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding records

  • Review background screening documentation and support candidates through the hiring process

  • Travel between company locations as needed

 

What they’re looking for

  • 4+ years of recruiting or staffing experience

  • Prior management or team leadership experience

  • Ability to commute to both Red Lion, PA and Harrisburg, PA

  • Experience in high-volume or multi-site recruiting environments

  • Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills

  • Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms; Paylocity experience is a plus

  • Background in transportation, logistics, or other high-volume operational environments is highly preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
