We are seeking a probate paralegal to join a boutique firm.  You will join a team that works on probate matters full circle, from filing the initial pleadings to probate litigation.

Qualifications

• This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of probate procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Davie, Florida, onsite the first 90 days, hybrid thereafter
• Bilingual Enlish/Spanish

Responsibilities

• As a Probate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role on our probate team by working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of probate estates
