We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This individual will play a key role in payroll processing, onboarding, and employee support while ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish

• Prepare and assist with offer letters and new hire documentation

• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks

• Coordinate new hire setup including system access, email, and workstation readiness

• Lead new employee orientation sessions

• Maintain and handle sensitive and confidential employee information

• Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR or related experience

• Experience with payroll processing required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred/required)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with HRIS or talent management systems, or ability to learn quickly
